Glacier is our own project-management platform — sprint planning, a visual no-code automation builder, GitHub and Discord integrations, and a personal "what do I work on today" dashboard, all aimed at feeling instant rather than sluggish. It's being built for our own internal use first, but architected from day one for external multi-tenancy: org-scoped data access, invite-only onboarding, and role-based permissions baked into the schema rather than bolted on later.
Designing and building a multi-tenant SaaS product from scratch — proper data isolation between organisations, role-based access, and an architecture that holds up as more teams get added — is exactly the kind of foundation any client SaaS build needs to get right early. Glacier is us doing that for our own product, under the same constraints we'd hold a client build to.
